Tam is the Country Director of Yunus Environment Hub Vietnam, a registered social business with social and environmental commitments under Vietnam’s Law on Enterprises.  The purpose of Yunus Environment Hub Vietnam is to contribute to a world without poverty, unemployment and net carbon emissions ("a world with three zeros") in and through the environmental sector and, to this end, to promote directly and indirectly the implementation of the "social business" approach in the environmental sector at home and abroad. 

Tam comes from southern Vietnam (the Mekong Delta region) and has lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City for the past 18 years. She focuses on humanities and socio-cultural developmental works. Her career journey has been a life-enriching constitution with over 15 years working in the business development, education, philanthropy and environmental sectors.

Yunus Environment Hub (YEH) is the global social business network creating solutions for the environmental crisis. Co-founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus, YEH supports and develops social business solutions addressing environmental issues in a financially self-sustainable way. Focus areas are solutions for improved waste management & sustainable plastic recycling, circular economy, carbon neutrality, biodiversity, sustainable agriculture, access to clean water and clean energy.
