Bordin Rassameethes is the former Acting Deputy Secretary-General of the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre and an Associate Professor in the Department of Technology and Operations Management, He is a former Vice President of Kasetsart University and a former Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration. He is also a former advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and cooperatives and a former advisor to the Deputy Minister of Transport

He received his Ph.D. in Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University in the United States.  He holds an MS degree in Management from North Carolina State University, USA, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Miami, USA.

He has been working in technology management, electronic commerce, information technology, rural informatics, supply chain management, and social business for the past 30 years.
